Dr. Chris Quintana is an Associate Professor at the Marsal Family School of Education at the University of Michigan. Professor Quintana’s work spans across learning sciences, human-computer interaction, and computer science. He focuses on learner-centered design processes for developing educational technologies, the development of software-based scaffolding that illustrates ways technology can support learners as they engage in and learn new practices, and a range of projects that explore how immersive technologies can be used to support learning. Professor Quintana also provides leadership for the Learning Experience Design Certificate Program.
